The first model I taught to my colleagues was a Masu box. I gave them a sheet with (sort of) traditional Japanese print which was, according to them, too beautiful to fold. After the folding I gave them all a handful of paperclips and the boxes have been on their desks for ages.

I've done the same with a group in a retirement home but instead of paperclips I gave them peppermints. When I came back a year later some people remembered me as the lady of the boxes.

But whatever model you choose give them some nice paper, it'll impress them.

Good luck

I'm looking for a model that is simple and smart. Simple because it will be explained to a group of adults who have no knowledge of paperfolding. And smart because, well, they think they're smart (and they're my old university classmates!) We'll be having a meeting in a couple of months, so I've got to be prepared!

Your suggestions will be much appreciated!
