I have no problems building the library. What I'm trying to build are
the examples.

A sqlite3.c file is referenced in the makefile mentioned before, AFACT
there is no such "sqlite3.c" file in the sqlite developer package so I'm
not quite sure what are you referring to here. Note that I'm trying to
build the examples and not the library here.
