Hello! Is it possible to make the Synthesis Contributor Agreement available in a format which allows entering some of the fields at a computer and forwarding the result by email?
The read-only PDF is okay if you print it and then fill out by hand before faxing it. At Intel, we need to fill in the necessary information and the forward it before someone with the required authority signs it.
