Hello!
I updated the SyncEvolution master branch so that it directly uses
Lukas' branch, with once exception: I kept Congwu's patch "client +
statistics workaround: treat status 200 as 201 for Replace cmd (which is
really an Add)".
Lukas said in his revert commit that "Permanent fix is discussed and in
the works." Who is working on it, and do we have a bug tracker entry for
it?

I suspect that this patch still needs to be integrated. It no longer
applies cleanly. Congwu, can you check what needs to be done and if we
don't have an entry on our Bugzilla, create one?
