With $ grep "INSTALL =" Makefile This is what  got
"INSTALL= $(INSTALL)"  \
In the install log,

the install which is being used is
$TESTWS/onarm-gate/usr/src/tools/proto/opt/onbld/bin/arm/install

Where to set $INSTALL so that it uses ginstall?
