Clarification from yesterday's teleconf -- OPD currently *does* have the
capability to have multiple URI's for a single package (I forgot that I
had originally written that in there :-).

So it is possible to list multiple URI's where a package can be downloaded
from in the XML for each package. When the package is selected, OPD will
try each of the URI's in order) until it is able to download the package.

Granted, it could have a little nicer interface (e.g., ask the user which
URI to use), but the base functionality is there. Adding a menu on top of
it would be pretty easy if someone wants to do it.

The relevant code is in scripts/opd:download_package(), if anyone wants to
tackle this.
