Summary: Ganglia - rpm -e doesn't kill gmond

Initial Comment:
I have a workaround in start_over, but this really
belongs in the rpm.
In the %preun section of the specfile, just put
something there to make sure gmond is stopped.
i.e. :
service gmond stop

An rpm should clean up processes if it's cleaning
the files that started them.

Since ganglia is not included in OSCAR any more, should we
remove this bug from the OSCAR tracker?

If this is a straight up rpm from Ganglia, then it's not Steve's
problem anyway... we can stick with the workaround. Steve-
did you create the Ganglia rpm, or get it from another source?
If the latter, we can mark this invalid or something and close
it out.
