Ok, so I believe the question is whether or not Ganglia is going to return to a fully "included" package?
There are goods & bads to leaving it as 3rd party -- a major maintenance plus is that you don't have to explicitly conform to the oscar release schedule/testing, etc. As w/ current case where oscar-ganglia-2.2 is coming out after the actual oscar-2.2 release.
