Ok, so I believe the question is whether or not Ganglia is going to return
to a fully "included" package?

There are goods & bads to leaving it as 3rd party -- a major maintenance
plus is that you don't have to explicitly conform to the oscar release
schedule/testing, etc.   As w/ current case where oscar-ganglia-2.2 is
coming out after the actual oscar-2.2 release.

If the plan is for it to remain a 3rd party pkg, for whatever reasons, it
makes since to move Ganglia out of the main OSCAR cvs devel tree -- the
ganglia-oscar.sf.net project be a reasonable target ... as long as the
Ganglia folks didn't mind?
