[Oscar-devel] IA64 support!

After working yesterday and today on the machines we have in the office, 
and in consultation with Dann Frazier of the SIS crew, I am pleased to 
announce that we have a version of OSCAR that works on ia64.  There will be 
_one_ new SIS rpm, along with possible minor changes to the sis config.xml 
and post_server_install scripts.

I strongly recommend that we release a 2.2.1 release with these minor 
changes and announce the return of ia64 support in OSCAR.  This, obviously, 
will also allow Neil to pass along something to the Gelato crew so that 
they can announce a wonderful product with OSCAR headlining.
