That was just to get past a failure when both OpenPBS and Torque are
installed so that you can continue -- as I wrote, I always *deselect*
Torque.

I don't know about actually installing OSCAR w/ Torque instead of
OpenPBS.  Perhaps the developer who put it in can help there isn't yet
done with this part?
