Summary: OPIUM -> sync_files

Initial Comment:
In the Installation docs, section 6.7, OPIUM is still
referenced as the tool used to push password files to
the client nodes, but in essence, I believe that
sync_files is doing the actual work now.

It seems that OPIUM is nothing more but a ghost
package (it seems to still manage the ssh authorized
keys?)

Nevertheless, this section of the documentation needs
to be updated, as the config file being referenced no
longer exists.
