I have tested the removal of tftp-hpa on RHEL3.3 and RHL9.
The changed files are:
scripts/setup_pxe
Enable tftp, OK regardless of tftp server
packages/sis/RPMS/tftp-hpa-*.rpm
Removed
packages/sis/config.xml
Change tftp-hpa to tftp-server
packages/scripts/post_server_rpm_uninstall
Remove tftp-hpa
remove perl-XML-parser, as it's not provided by OSCAR
