Category: Installation Group: 4.1 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 6 Submitted By: DongInn Kim (donginn) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: No systemimager.conf exists. Initial Comment: MDK10.0 has the following error when the oscar_wizard just starts to run. --> Running: "./oscar_wizard" /etc/systemimager/systemimager.conf: No such file or directory Can't locate SIS/Adapter.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/oscar/lib /usr/lib/systemconfig /usr/lib/systeminstaller /usr/lib/systemimager/perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.2/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.2 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.1/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.1 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl .) at /opt/oscar/lib/OSCAR/MAC.pm line 29. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /opt/oscar/lib/OSCAR/MAC.pm line 29. Compilation failed in require at ./oscar_wizard line 37. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./oscar_wizard line 37. Oscar Wizard failed to run successfully at ./install_cluster line 302. This error did not happen on the previous MDK10 machine, which I believed is the "fresh install". Actually it was not the fresh insatll since several rpms were already installed after installation of MDK10. But now, I have a real fresh MDK10 and have got the above errors. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: DongInn Kim (donginn) Date: 2005-04-05 09:23 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1097490 Attach the oscarinstall.log file. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Bernard Li (bernardli) Date: 2005-04-05 02:11 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=879102 This seems to be the config.xml corruption/NetMask bug. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=109368&aid=1176800&group_id=9368 ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
