Summary: Bug with Export MACs to file

Initial Comment:
On FC2 system, tested on 4.1 branch (r2951). Error
message is as follows:

Tk::Error: Couldn't open file: /tmp//tmp/* for writing
at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/Tk.pm
line 228
 Carp::croak at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3/Carp.pm line 191
 OSCAR::MAC::save_to_file at
/opt/oscar/lib/OSCAR/MAC.pm line 670
 OSCAR::MAC::macfile_selector at
/opt/oscar/lib/OSCAR/MAC.pm line 659
 [\&OSCAR::MAC::macfile_selector,save,{}]
 Tk callback for .toplevel.frame.button6
 Tk::__ANON__ at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/Tk.pm
line 228
 Tk::Button::butUp at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/Tk/Button.pm
line 111
 (command bound to event)

Steps to re-produce:

1) Have MACs to export
2) Click on Export MACs to file
3) Double-click '..' in Directories (cd ..)
4) Select 'tmp'
5) Type in macs.txt in 'File' textfield
6) Click Accept
7) Errror message in console

It appears that the file can only be saved in the
default directory, which is /root.

4.1: doc fix; it works fine for local (/root) files.
4.2: Code fix

Hey Dave, are you planning on fixing this for 4.1? If so,
we need to up the priority to 9, otherwise, we can postpone
this for 4.2 and I'll make a new bug to do a docfix.

Your call, thanks.

It appears that Tk::FileSelct is the source of a number of
problems, e.g., this, rpmlist selection, disk-type selectio.

I'm going to investigate alternatives.

We decided to docfix this and work on the GUI some more in 4.2.
