Well, I'm guessing perhaps there is a package out there which only
contains ONE RPM (and maybe located in RPMS/rhl9) and every other distro
uses that same RPM).  If that's the case and if you nuke rhl9 support
from generic-setup, then essentially that package will no longer work on
any distro.

That's why we need to convert all packages to use generic-setup, so that
they use the distro/<distro>-<arch> directory structure and also use
generic-setup as opposed to "setup" in scripts/.

I think there are just a couple of those "old" packages lingering
around.
