Hi Fernando: This is just a Mandriva variation, I think you need to update the %files section so that it's something like:
PackMan.3.* DepMan.3.* PackMan-RPM.3.* DepMan-UpdateRPMs.3.* Otherwise, you can send me a patch for the changes you have made and I can rebuild the RPMs on a Red Hat system.
