[Oscar-devel] OSCAR and FC4 x86_64 on EM64T --- LAM/MPI test fail

Hi,

 

With regard to my recent OSCAR installation on EM64T cluster running FC4 x86_64, all tests passed except LAM/MPI. The error is:

 

ERROR: LAM/MPI does not appear to have the tm boot SSI module!
       This test script will now abort.

I will not use the LAM installed by OSCAR, since I recompiled lam-7.1.1 with ifort. And the new LAM works fine. Will there be any potential harm due to the pre-installed LAM?

 

So far, I have used the packages c3, switcher, lam, and pbs, and they work.
