Yes, it is. I have used VMWare workstation 5 on RedHat 9 and have
built Fedora Core3 on it.
It was incredibly slow and I decided not to use it for testing OSCAR
on FC3.
I thought VMware has taken care of this issue since Jan or Feb, 2005
but it looks like that it has not been fixed yet.
