Would OSCAR_VERBOSE crank up the verbiage for createrepo?  I think we
need debug info from that call.  As far as the script is concerned,
gencache was executed sucessfully, but createrepo was never executed.

Yes, I think you mentioned that before...  I guess off the bat we need
to add "^failure" and "Errno".

P.S. I guess for the time being, I'll stick with RHEL4 x86 until this
issue is resolved - have you had a chance to look at the perl-IO-Tty bug
on RHEL4 x86_64?  Should I patch it and rebuild the RPM?
