I re-checked the syntax... it's Ok. The problem is not the patch.
I sent an e-mail to our contact in Mandriva relating the problem and asking for 
help.
Considering pfilter is a 'noarch' package, it would not be good to have a 
special package compiled for Mandriva, but right now I'm not disregarding this 
possibility.
The only difference would be a 'sleep' time before the command that calls 
'ifconfig'. 

I've tested it in different hardwares and the results are the same.
