It appears that if mysqld was restarted while OSCAR Wizard is running, bad things like the following might happen:

--> Step 7: Successfully completed the cluster install
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at /opt/oscar-5.0a1r5164M/lib/OSCAR/oda.pm line 798.
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at /opt/oscar-5.0a1r5164M/lib/OSCAR/oda.pm line 798.
Cannot read selected packages list from the ODA database. at /opt/oscar-5.0a1r5164M/lib/OSCAR/Database.pm line 1357.
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at /opt/oscar-5.0a1r5164M/lib/OSCAR/oda.pm line 798.

I was running the Wizard and had to restart mysqld and I got the output during the "Complete Cluster Setup" step.

This was tested with latest trunk on Fedora Core 4 x86 (with stock mysql-server RPM).

Is this a known issue?

Cheers,

Bernard
