I think Geoffroy has seen this issue, and I have seen it in numerous
ocassions too.  Basically you get this if:

1) You started OSCAR Wizard, then re-start mysqld for whatever reason -
ODA opens a session initially, and keeps it open - if you restart mysqld
that session is gone.

2) You start OSCAR Wizard, and leave it on overnight, there is a
possibility that this happens (probably similar issue as 1)

I think DongInn knows about this already.
