It looks like the doku wiki folks have also been hard at work improving
their product. Notably they have a plugin for exporting individual pages to
pdf now (via htmldoc still, though they suggest an alternative we might want
to try).

I will keep looking into this. DongInn and I discussed how it might be
sensible to move all non-svn content to Dokuwiki rather than Trac, since
Trac and DocuWiki work reasonably well together already.
So we would have the following to do:
Theme Dokuwiki so it looks ... nicer, at least for the web page parts.
Developer Docs -> Dokuwiki
Web Site Content -> dokuwiki
Tweak either the existing external script or the new plugin to act on an
entire namespace instead of just one page.
