So, I was pondering how to most sensibly (and easily) to start working
on a wizard based GUI for OSCAR and I was trying to decide if it would
be "better" to do it in QT like the existing one, or to move the whole
business to a web based script of some kind...

I think both methods would allow for use of the underlying perl fairly
easily, and I was thinking that the wizard might be more easily
modular and packagable as a web app.  For example adding a "wizard"
directory to the package structure that has the series of forms and
scripts used to install the package.

Any thoughts?
