Hi Erik:

I personally do not consider this an issue.  The python-sqlite package
is included in the OSCAR distribution for Linux distributions that do
not include the package (in the next revision, I would think that most
distroes would include this).  So most likely this package will be
deleted before our next release.

I checked the LICENSE file in the python-sqlite package which comes
from Fedora Core 6 and it also has the "issue" you mentioned.  I
checked the latest available python-sqlite RPM from the DAG repository
and noticed that the LICENSE file has now been completely re-written.

I assume you were on a Linux distro which did not included python-sqlite?
