This is fine with me, no big deal.  I was just asked to bring it up.

I think the license type required our publications folks to include the
license in a manual that was released and it was awkward to include because
it was missing the referenced copyright.

Correct.  It was sles10sp1, although I did see later that it is included
in the SLE SDK but we don't include packages from the SLE SDK at this
moment...

Anyway, no biggie here.  I wouldn't have even bothered except I was asked
to mention it :)
