It just means that the package pcre.noarch cannot be found in the
repository that yum is aware of, i.e.
/tftpboot/distro/suse-10.2-x86_64 -- is that RPM there?

This is a long shot, but perhaps try cd into
/tftpboot/distro/suse-10.2-x86_64 and run `createrepo .` and then
re-run the installer and see if it goes.
