Thinks look more or less okay to me. Please run the "Test Cluster Setup" step.
The only problems I see in the attached log are that the ntp fast clock sync may not have worked. The passwordless ssh is working or that log would be a mess of password prompts and error messages. I am not why you think opium and ntpconfig are not installed based on that log.
