This is what i thought: you have a failure somewhere, the error is not
correctly handled and therefore the image seems to be corrupted (if you
execute '$OSCAR_HOME/scripts/oscar_sanity_check', you should have more
details - if you have a chance, execute that script and give me the
output).

I never noticed that the file /etc/systemimager/flamethrower was not
cleaned up when we handle an error during the image creation so i opened
a ticket related to that (ticket #451) to be sure we will address that
issue at some points.

Anyway, I am not 100% sure that the packman issue is directly related to
that but something clearly goes wrong during the creation of the image.
Which is of course not good.

Sorry to not be able to help you more, the best i can do is explain why
the image is corrupted.
