ALLAH
thank u for your attention
I could chroot to /var/lib/.../oscarimages and installed my software and
dependecies, then i tried to
cpushimage --all my_image
but this error occured:
bash: /usr/sbin/updateclient: No such file or directory
what is the problem?
regards siamak

The tools available in OSCAR should make this easier.

You would have to install the package into the image directory (as if
it were a node machine, using chroot) for it to survive reimaging the
cluster

When I have done non-oscar package in the past, I install any
neccesary software on the head node, then install on a compute node,
then repeat those steps in a chroot in the image directory, then
reimage the cluster.
