Hi,

I do not have the patch any more, can you send me the patch? I am very
surprised that my patch is so intrusive (i follow the "normal"
debianization procedure, based on the official debian documentation
available here: http://www.debian.org/doc/). If so, i will fix it (for
what i remember, i only updated the Makefile and add the files for the
Debian packages, nothing more).

BTW, i think the current code has several problems:
- personally i do not like the spec file, the installation is done
manually instead of using the Makefile... a good way to have issues
later on,
- the Makefile also has a huge problem: it does not allow one to install
netbootmgr from the tarball, we currently must install netbootmgr using
the RPM. I think this is pretty bad because it does not follow any the
rules commonly accepted in software development.

I really think these issues should be addressed to avoid a fork.

Regards,

PS: i submitted the Debian patch in May 2007, therefore a long time ago.
Is it the typical delay we have to expect for? i just want to know in
order to know on which OSCAR part i have to focus on.
