Yes, fedora 17 repository is synched now.

The downloads/ website would be synched soon.

BTW, why don't we work on fedora 18 rather than fedora 17? Fedora 18 is already 
out since Jan, 2013. ;-)
I just setup a fedora 18 x86_64 machine in my lab. I will use it as the 
oscar-packager host for fedora 18.
