Hi Donglnn,
This is bug in fedora 18 distribution that conflict with other packages and
still not fixed.
if you like to differences with both file than
rpm -ivh packman-3.2.0-2.noarch --force
mv /etc/fonts/conf.d/65-fonts-persian.conf{,.bak}
and again try to install oscar
yum install oscar
and give a try to install process.
