OSCAR 1.4 is not targetted for RH 7.1 -- it's targetted at RH 7.2, 7.3,
and Mandrake 8.2.
I believe that someone did some testing and adaptation to make OSCAR 1.4
work on RH 7.1...? (that's a pregnant pause for whoever did that testing
to fill in :-)
