Mike, That's correct, I looked in /tftpboot/rpm for libcap but it was not listed. So, I dug deeper in the package list and I found libcap listed in the oscar-1.4/share/serverlists dir under the file associated with my OS level, deleted it, and was able to proceed with the install_cluster script without error.
