This will not be true with the latest packages of SIS.  Once we migrate SIS
up to current levels, everything but the perl-Tk issue (as relates to SIS)
will go away.

That will provide for the ability to see which other OSCAR packages don't
like the new glibc and gcc in Red Hat 8.0, which I expect there to be at
least a couple.
