Sorry, I misspoke. The script just stops at that point. There is no lock-up. I quit the program (cleanly) to end the problem.

I had to guess that it was a file locking issue that didn't let the Setup Network Boot step complete, and a process was spinning. A reboot allowed me to hit the Setup Network Boot step again, successfully.
