Are you sure it's hung David? That portion of the script actually doesn't say when it's done. Have you got a mouse pointer, or is it the clock? Do you have to "kill" the wizard process to get out of it?
If so, then you of course have a legitimate hang. I've seen this in only one place before, and I wasn't able to figure out what it was. I had to guess that it was a file locking issue that didn't let the Setup Network Boot step complete, and a process was spinning. A reboot allowed me to hit the Setup Network Boot step again, successfully.
