It seems like, as Rich Ferri mentioned, there is a problem with your X config. If you are opening the wizard remotely, then you need to do 'export DISPLAY=<installhost:0>' on the remote machine and an "xhost +installhost" on the local machine. You also seem to have some invalid exports set up, so you might want to fix those as well, but the X issue is the main problem.
