michael,

i believe this is related to the missing libs needed for apache & php
add the following to
oscar-1.3b3/share/serverlists/RedHat-<ver>.i386.rpmlist

        curl
        mm
        gd

and the install again.  I'm not sure if this was in the 1.3b4 tarball or
now?
