Well, you can have a "directly" usable list of rpm for OSCAR by using
a formatted query for rpm :
rpm -qa --queryformat "%{NAME}\n" > my.rpmlist
should give you a good starting point.
You should start with a non oscar client as it can cause future
problems if oscar packages changes their rpm list.
After that, maybe some dependency will be missing so watch the output
from the build image and add the necessary rpm to your list so that it
works. Repeat until all rpm dependency problems are solved !
However, as most of this work has already be done for RedHat 7.3 and
Mandrake 8.2 this should not be absolutey necessary.
Starting from a given list and modified it according to your needs
should be easier...
