Reading through the forum list of people having similar problems of failed Client Installs, looks like I have to recompile the Kernel to add support for my Intel PRO/100 VE NIC
Can anyone point me in the right direction

Are you installing from CVS? AFAIK, that's the only version of OSCAR that
has the new version of SI, which I think is the error message that you're
showing down below.

If this is the case, ensure that the rsyncd is started on the server.
There's a minor bug in the SI RPM in CVS (they're working on a fix) that
doesn't start the rsyncd server properly. If ps shows that it isn't
running, do the following:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/systemimager restart
