I used the sample.scsi.disk file.  And I am using SCSI disks for the
node.  I don't think you can choose IDE disks on a Linux host.

Vmware defaults to using SCSI disks.  You can either change this to IDE
in the setup for your disks (which is what I do), or you can change the
partition table that OSCAR uses to use SCSI disks.
