Sundaram,

During the "Defining clients" stage of the install you don't want to list
your master node b/c that information is used to build (install) the
cluster nodes (via the image built in the previous step).

You can use the master node in your computations (cluster usage) if you
choose depending on the situtation.  For example if you want to run a
simple PVM job outside the queuing system (PBS) then you would just list
all hosts (master node included) that you want the virtual machine to run
on.  See the User guide for further information about MPI and PVM jobs,
etc.
