I searched for perl-DBI in google and discovered there has been a new release of the perl-DBD-mysql rpm intended for fedora (2.9003-0.n0i.1). Is the older version of that rpm used in the instalation or have there been mods to the rpm that would need to be duplicated somehow?
I can manage it if its just a mater of a changeout of a couple of files I think. I assume I would just dump the updated rpm in the big rpm directory and take out the one that was "broken"...? If this is a file you use directly, are there other perl-dbi related rpms I might want to check out for updates? Perhaps this one instead? perl-DBI-1.37-1.i386.rpm (also intended for fedora core 1) >===== Original Message From Jason Brechin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ===== >It has been looked at, and it hasn't worked for anyone that has tried. >The most common stopping point I've seen people reach is with perl-DBI. > >Jason > >On Tue, 2003-12-09 at 22:56, Michael Edwards wrote: >> Know y'all mentioned testing oscar v3 in fedora.
