Sorry for the 'under-information' I gave you. Since this is a small
cluster, I changed a bit the Oscar configuration and added the head node
as a computing node to the pbs nodes file, to increase the computing
capacitiy of the cluster. The nodes file was changed to:
ce101.cetsia np=2 nodo all
ce102.cetsia np=2 nodo all
ce103.cetsia np=2 nodo all
ce104.cetsia np=2 nodo all
ce105.cetsia np=2 nodo all
tecws004 np=2 all
If not using any property, all the machines can be selected by pbs.
If I use the property 'nodo', only the nodes are selected. Generally we
don't use any property.
So we have the five nodes ce101-ce105, and the head node tecws004.
Can be this configuration the problem?
