If you're using an older version than 3.0 of OSCAR, then the Torque rpms would still work, but you would have to add/remove the packages manually of course.

If you are using OSCAR-3.0, there should already be a Torque package from ODA. Not sure if it will work with older versions of OSCAR though - Jeremy will be able to comment more on this.
Basically what you need to do is remove the pbs package and then install the torque package...
FYI, I believe Torque = SPBS - it's just the new name ;-)
P.S. I am working on a SGE package right now if you are also interested in that...
