I assume that your BIOS sees the Adaptec 39320D card?
I had some upgrade problems previously where my BIOS
would recognize the 29160 card but not the 39320. My
definition of "recognize" is when the BIOS give you
the option to press 'CTRL-A' to get to the SCSI bios
and scan your hard drives.
