Hi Jenny:

Just throwing in my 2 cents here.

If you are new to batch scheduling systems and you don't have a
preference, I would recommend using something like Torque or SGE
(instead of OpenPBS).  OpenPBS is no longer being maintained and there
are much better choices out there.
