Hi Bernard, Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I will obviously try Oscar 4.00. I already downloded it. But not getting confidence. :-) Whatever , I have 2 swaps to support 2 GB RAM, and each swap size is 2048 MB. So, as per your suggestion , it should be
/dev/hda1 200 ext3 /boot defaults /dev/hda2 35000 ext3 /home defaults /dev/hda5 2048 swap /dev/hda6 2048 swap /dev/hda3 * ext3 / defaults isn't it ? And I don't have log with me , it is in a Lab which dont have ineternet :-( . I will try to bring that, if this setting is not working. Any suggestion on 2 GB RAM support without kernel recompiling ?
